Hi i am laxman i am from bhiwnadi thane last 45 to 50 days i am suffering from depression and anxiety and my health also damaged. now i am very very extrem level fear madam. I am very big mistakes in my life till now. i feel i am just time pass.and i maked self fulish. From Last 8 to 9 year. In 2014 i am also depression mam 6 months bed rest beacuse of study strees and future stress. So mam i want to thank mam whenever i liston your video i feel very realx deep level But mam give me suggestions for me how to completely away from depression and anxiety I know mam how to do now.
